We are into rehearsals now, even though we still need several cast members;
1 younger man (over 18 and under 30) for the part of Brandon - lead male 8 songs
An older man to play both Brandon's Dad "George" in Act 1 and his "Boss" in Act 2 - supporting role - 2 duets
A man (not more than 50 years old) to play the part of the Drug Dealer Leon - minor lead - 1 duet
A man (not younger than 20) to play Leon's sidekick the Thug - minor lead - 1 duet, 1 solo
*Please note all participants professional or non-professional will be paid minimum wage (15.20 p/hr) for rehearsal time plus 3x3 hour performances.
The first performance will be at St. Andrew's United Church on Sunday afternoon, March 6th, time TBA (private performance to recruit our potential production team for the full production scheduled for July or August, TBA.)
The second performance will be at The Port Theatre, Wednesday evening, March 16th, 7pm - 9pm (private performance for the human service communities of Nanaimo and surrounding areas)
